It’s our birthday! Think Concepts turned 20 this year, and along with celebrating how far we have come, we want to express our gratitude to all our customers and partners.

Where it all began

Innovating from the beginning under Think Concepts' founder, in 2002, we won an early contract in partnership with Spark and the Ministry of Health to roll out the SecureMe service, accelerating early growth of the business. 

As word of our excellent customer service spread, other industries came calling, and as the business grew, so did the team. Now we provide Managed IT Services, IT Consultancy, Cloud Solutions, and a broad range of other services, including Cyber Security, to hundreds of SMEs.

We are still growing and currently employ over two dozen team members across New Zealand at our Auckland, Tauranga, and Wellington offices. We continue developing and upskilling as we grow, to keep the Think Concepts name synonymous with IT excellence.

The Vision

Our vision has always been to put people before technology, and this human-centric approach has been the thread that has remained constant throughout the evolution of Think Concepts. In 2018, we decided we loved what we do so much that we bought the company! As we always strive to lead from the heart, prioritising relationships ahead of profits is vital to our vision. Think Concepts’ ethos revolves around providing continued support to every customer, and our team environment is designed to nurture people – so they can, in turn, nurture you and your business.

At Think Concepts, we are constantly looking for ways to help customers better understand the systems they use, and part of that is keeping technology in its place as a tool that provides solutions for getting the most out of your business. On top of all the phone and email support we provide, we are still your one-stop technology shop. Think Concepts have always supplied the best products to maintain, improve and expand your IT setup, and we are constantly researching our field - so you don’t have to.
