We were impressed by Think Concepts from our very first meeting.
As part of a complete replacement of all our hardware we reached out to multiple IT providers, Think being one of them.
What impressed us most about Think was their ability to bring both practical and technical expertise from day one. So much so that they reduced our costs significantly through testing and optimising our existing hardware, rather than the stock standard replacement quote we got from others.
Almost 5 years on we are still with Think and on the 24th March 2020, we knew why. With less than 24 hours notice, the day before our Nationwide lock down Think we're in our office ensuring our team got home with all the IT equipment they needed. Even after this the team continued to work at pace to provide additional licensing, remote server access, and VOIP capabilites, all to ensure we could operate normally in the most abnormal of situations.

In early 2013 we made the move to HSNS Fibre Internet Services, this gave us the ultimate in internet performance available in New Zealand at the time.
